We understand that plans change. Here is how to cancel your order and what to expect.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation:

We process orders quickly — please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.

If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched and in transit, we are unable to cancel or intercept it. Please wait for delivery and then refer to our Refund & Return Policy if the item qualifies for a return.

Orders Being Processed

If your order is currently being packed or prepared, we will do our best to accommodate a cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee it. Contact us immediately and we will confirm within a few hours whether the cancellation is possible.

Same-Day Orders

For orders placed in the morning that are scheduled for same-day or next-day delivery, cancellation windows may be very limited. Please get in touch with us as quickly as possible if you need to make changes.

Cancellations by Stratus Cafe

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:

A product being out of stock at the time of fulfilment.

An issue with payment verification.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

In any such case, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Subscription or Repeat Orders

If you have subscribed to any recurring product or delivery service, you may cancel at any time before the next scheduled renewal. Please allow at least 48 hours before the next billing date to ensure your cancellation is processed in time.
