We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the UAE and interested in our products, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase, and a shipping notification once your package is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Ras Al Khaimah: 1 to 2 business days

Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah: 1 to 2 business days

Dubai & Sharjah: 2 to 3 business days

Abu Dhabi: 2 to 3 business days

Other UAE areas: 2 to 4 business days

Shipping Charges

Orders above AED [amount]: Free standard delivery.

Orders below AED [amount]: A flat shipping fee of AED [fee] applies.

Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Packaging

We pack all products securely to protect quality and freshness during transit, especially perishable and fragile items such as cookies and glass-packaged goods.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

High order volumes during peak seasons or promotional periods.

UAE public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Courier and logistics delays outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Failed Deliveries

Stratus SPEICALTY CAFE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a notification.
