Brewing Guides

The Perfect Pour

Ideal for highlighting the delicate floral and fruity notes of this roast.

  • Grind 15g of coffee to a medium-fine consistency (resembling sea salt).
  • Heat water to 93°C (200°F). Wet the paper filter to remove papery taste.
  • Pour 50g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
  • Slowly pour remaining water in circles up to 250g. Total brew time should be 2:30.

Rich Espresso Extraction

Creates a thick, golden crema with intensive cocoa notes.

  • Dose 18g of finely ground coffee into the double basket.
  • Tamp evenly to ensure a flat, uniform bed.
  • Extract for 28-32 seconds to yield a 36g beverage weight.
  • Serve immediately or steam silky milk for a premium flat white.

Full-Bodied French Press

Maximizes oil extraction for a heavy, rich, satisfying coffee body.

  • Grind 30g of coffee coarsely (like breadcrumbs).
  • Add coffee to press, pour 500ml of hot water, stir gently.
  • Place lid on press and let steep for 4 minutes.
  • Press plunger down slowly. Pour immediately to avoid over-extraction.
