Brewing Guides

The Perfect Pour

Ideal for highlighting the delicate floral and fruity notes of this roast.

Grind 15g of coffee to a medium-fine consistency (resembling sea salt).
Heat water to 93°C (200°F). Wet the paper filter to remove papery taste.
Pour 50g of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
Slowly pour remaining water in circles up to 250g. Total brew time should be 2:30.
